🎥 YouTube Video I’m Watching

He Makes $125,000/year As A Niche YouTuber - Meet Shervin Shares, a YouTuber based in New York City, who makes $125,000 a year with only 38,000 subscribers.

He quit his software engineering job to make a full-time living from his YouTube channel despite initially earning minimal revenue. The decision was partly motivated by a GaryVee video suggesting post-graduates to chase their dreams.

To cut expenses and grow the channel's revenue, he moved back into his parents' home and worked intensively on the channel which led him to thousands of subscribers and six figures in revenue eventually.

Since this video was uploaded, he’s now gone on to grow from 38k to 80k subs in a short period of time. I highly recommend taking a look at his channel to understand his strategy on why he’s grown so quickly.

📖 Creator Book I’m Reading

Snow Leopard: How Legendary Writers Create A Category of One - I was recommended this book earlier this week by a multi-millionaire who said it was one of the best books he’s read (and he’s read a ton of books).

He said it's one of the best books he's read this year, particularly for learning how to make a mark online by writing or creating video content. I was so intrigued that I immediately got it on Audible and started listening. I'm already two chapters in, and guys, it's really good, so good in fact that I extended my daily walk by an extra 45 minutes just to keep listening.

The only annoying thing is that with Audiobooks it tends to go in one ear and out the other, so I may have to buy the Kindle version, highlight and take notes. Depending on how useful the rest of the book is, I may end up making a video on it on my YouTube Channel. Definitely recommend!
